Type I interferon upregulates interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) in A549 cells. Here, we define the genes upregulated by 24 hours of IFN-beta treatment (concentration: 1000U/mL) in A549 cells by bulk RNA-Seq. Three replicates were performed with IFN-beta treatment and 3 without IFN-beta treatment, resulting in 6 total samples.
