Supplemental data for: Using eDNA to detect native lamprey species in the Laurentian Great Lakes and Upper St. Lawrence River Basins

This dataset includes all the raw qPCR and associated sample metadata from the 164 sampling locations (stations) surveyed in chapter three of the associated thesis by Nathan Zeinstra. The purpose of this data collection and processing was to survey for Ichthyomyzon lampreys in Ontario, including silver, northern brook, and chestnut lampreys. Secondarily, the metadata associated with each sample was used to understand the relationship between environmental factors such as substrate type, hydrology, water chemistry, and sea lamprey control (i.e. barriers and lampricide treatments) on the occurrence of these lampreys.
