Examining the mycobiome of plant parts of Vitis vinifera and the surrounding soil

Grapevine is a reservoir for several fungi including grapevine trunk diseases. Our aim was to see how different factors influence the abundance, richness and diversity of grapevine mycobiome, including GTD pathogens.
