Data DescriptionThe dataset comprises extracted information from scientific articles on global efforts to integrate rehabilitation services into primary healthcare, collected as part of a scoping review. Data were generated through systematic literature searches in PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science for articles published between 2010 and 2024.
