Gatta-SIM nanorulers

Imaging of the GATTA-SIM 140B nanoruler (GATTAquant DNA nanotechnologies) was carried out in an Elyra 7 microscope (Zeiss), equipped with a 60x 1.4 NA oil immersion objective and an extra 1.4x magnification lens. ZEN Black was used for image reconstruction, with parameters set to default.
