Faecal samples from C57BL/6J males aged 3, 18 or 24 months were sequenced by Illumina metagenomic shotgun sequencing at ~10GB/sample. Samples were collected pre and post antibiotic treatment, and at two timepoints post-heterochronic or coeval faecal microbiota transfer (FMT).
