Effect of MED23 R617Q mutation on enhancer activity and gene transcription in HEK293T cells [ChIP-Seq]

To investigate the effect of MED23 R617Q mutation on gene regulation, we established MED23/R617Q mutant HEK293T cell line. Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modifications H3K4me3,H3K4me1,H3K27ac as well as the PolII binding in the WT and MED23/R617Q mutant HEK293T cells.
