Academic Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Higher Education: The Interplay of Ethical Leadership and Prosocial Motivation

This study explores the relationship between ethical leadership, prosocial motivation, and Academic Citizenship Behavior (ACB) in higher education, focusing on how these factors influence student engagement within academic communities. The participants in this study are undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, Indonesia.
