After 5 days of transplantation of fecal microbiota from DLY piglets and Tibetan piglets, C. rodentium DBS100 was gavaged into the mice to evaluate the differences in anti-infection capacity. The mice of Control group were gavaged with vehicle. The mice of C_rodent group were pre-gavaged with vehicle and then challenged with C. rodentium DBS100. The mice of DLY_Cr group were pre-transplanted with fecal microbiota of DLY piglets and challenged with C. rodentium DBS100. The mice of Tibe_Cr group were pre-transplanted with fecal microbiota of Tibetan piglets and then challenged with C. rodentium DBS100. After 7 days, the samples were collected.
