Panama: number of deposits 2020, by bank

As of June 2020, Banco General reported more than 1.4 million deposits, making it the bank with the largest volume of deposits in Panama. Caja de Ahorros ranked second, with over 950 thousand deposits. In 2019, bank deposits in the Central American country averaged at 13,198 U.S. dollars per person.
