Data files for manuscript entitled "Enemy dispersal drives the diversity loss of bacterial victim populations at diversity cold spots"Authors: Xiao-Lin ChuData files1. bacdiv.csv gives the diversified richness (richness_t4), proportion of smooth morphotype (propSM), maintained richness(richness_t6), morphotype gain (richGain), morphotype loss (richLoss), richness net change (richNetCha) and the bacterial density (OD_t1) of each (co)evolution lines during the experiment. The populations are indicated by the combination of characters and numbers, where the first character shows bacterial populations evolve alone (E) or coevlve with phages (C), the number shows the evolution or coevolution temperature, and the last character shows the resource levels (low:low, med:intermediate, high:high). The column 'replicate' shows the replication number. 2. coevo.csv gives the results of reciprocal challenge result, where the column 'infec.72clones' is the proportion of resistant bacterial colonies. The populations are indicated by the combination of characters and numbers, where the first character shows bacterial populations evolve alone (E) or coevlve with phages (C), the number shows the evolution or coevolution temperature, and the last character shows the resource levels (low:low, med:intermediate, high:high). The column 'replicate' shows the replication number. 3. MorphoComp.csv gives the number of colonies of each morphotype within a population at the 4th transfer and the 6th transfer. Identified morphotypes include LargeSM, smallSM, tinySM, smallWS, roundWS, SM-likeWS and wheel-likeWS. The populations are indicated by the combination of characters and numbers, where the first character shows bacterial populations evolve alone (E) or coevlve with phages (C), the number shows the evolution or coevolution temperature, and the last character shows the resource levels (low:low, med:intermediate, high:high). The column 'replicate' shows the replication number. 4.code.R gives the code for statistical analysis.
