This dataset includes source data supporting the findings in the research article: "Lethal permeabilization of host bacteria to small-molecule compounds during phage penetration" by Z. Yu, C. Wu, et al. Contents Microscopy: Raw image files used to generate figure panels. Organized into subfolders corresponding to each Main Figures (e.g., MainFigures/Fig1/a/..) and Supplementary Figures (e.g., SupplementaryFigures/S1/...). Exported data for image analysis and quantification (in ExportedTIFF_mask_track_forAnalysis/). Exported bright-field or fluorescence images (as TIFF files) used for quantification and analysis. Code, Models, and Exported Images for Analysis (Software_CustomScript/): Custom MATLAB/Python scripts used for cell segmentation, image analysis, and plotting. Custom trained or pretrained neural network model weights for automated bacterial cell segmentation.
