A cropped tomogram and semantic segmentaton of a yeast cell cryo-electron tomogram which shows sections of inner and outer mitochondrial membrane, appropriate for rapid testing of the Surface Morphometrics Pipeline (github.com/GrotjahnLab/surface_morphometrics). Automatically fetched by the "morphometrics fetch_example" tool to verify successful setup. Data was originally cropped from Ya-Ting Chang's EMPIAR-12534 dataset.
