炭纸及气体扩散层性能测试数据

数据内容:炭纸及气体扩散层研究过程中产生的SEM、石墨化度、孔隙分布数据,透气率、接触电阻、拉伸强度、抗弯强度数据等。 采集方案:制备了一系列不同梯度孔隙结构的炭纸和不同成分组成(炭黑、石墨片、碳纳米管)的气体扩散层,不同的样品送至中南大学粉末冶金国家工程中心实验室分析测试其SEM图、石墨化度、孔隙分布、透气率、接触电阻及力学性能数据等。炭纸和扩散层样品的第三方测试委托东莞市信准检测技术服务有限公司进行测试,主要检测透气率、体积密度、孔隙率、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、垂直电阻率、表面电阻率等数据。 采集地点:中南大学粉末冶金国家实验室和粉末冶金国家工程中心实验室、东莞市信准检测技术服务有限公司。 设备情况:电镜Tecnai G2F20,JEM-2100F, Quanta 250FEG,Novanano SEM230;X-射线衍射仪D/max2550;多孔材料分析仪FBP-3Ⅲ;数字式四探针测试仪ST2258C;压汞仪AutoPore Iv 9510;微小力试验机MTS Insight 30等。 采集时间:2021.5-2022.6
Data Content: This dataset covers SEM images, graphitization degree, pore size distribution data, as well as gas permeability, contact resistance, tensile strength, flexural strength and other relevant data generated during the research on carbon paper and gas diffusion layers. Collection Scheme: A series of carbon papers with gradient pore structures and gas diffusion layers with different component compositions (carbon black, graphite flakes, carbon nanotubes) were prepared. Different samples were sent to the State Engineering Research Center for Powder Metallurgy Laboratory of Central South University for analysis and testing, including SEM images, graphitization degree, pore size distribution, gas permeability, contact resistance and mechanical property data. Third-party testing of carbon paper and gas diffusion layer samples was entrusted to Dongguan Xinzhun Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. for testing, mainly detecting gas permeability, bulk density, porosity, tensile strength, flexural strength, vertical resistivity, surface resistivity and other data. Collection Locations: State Key Laboratory of Powder Metallurgy of Central South University, State Engineering Research Center for Powder Metallurgy Laboratory of Central South University, and Dongguan Xinzhun Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. Equipment: Electron microscopes including Tecnai G2F20, JEM-2100F, Quanta 250FEG and Novanano SEM230; X-ray diffractometer D/max2550; porous material analyzer FBP-3Ⅲ; digital four-probe tester ST2258C; mercury intrusion porosimeter AutoPore Iv 9510; micro force testing machine MTS Insight 30, etc. Collection Time: May 2021 to June 2022
