In order to explore genes involved in osteoclastogenesis, we performed a differential gene expression analysis comparing human osteoclast (OC)-like cells with their precursor peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Overall design: Differential gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data from 8 PBMC samples and 8 OC-like cell samples.
