Empirical Data about the Effect of Socio-Demographic, Built-Environment and Climate Variables on Residential Water Demand in Bojnourd, Iran

1. Socio-demographic factors (2011): population density, age, education and per capita water consumption at the census block level 2. Built environment factors (2011, 2016): lot size, building size, age of the building, number of stories in a building and residential unit water consumption at the parcel level. 3. Summertime water use (2011, 2016): the average temperature of summertime and average bimonthly seasonal consumption per residential unit.
