Headwater streams control the non-perennial fraction of the global river network - DATA

This repository contains the data collected for 12 catchments located in Italy and the Eastern USA. These basins are: Biois, Fuciade, Montecalvello, Upper Biois, Turbolo and Valfredda in Italy, and Coweeta, Fernow, Hubbard Brook (2), Poverty and South Fork Potts. These data are stored in the "1 - Catchments" folder. The shapefiles used to obtain the river network for Italy and the Eastern USA are stored in the folder "2 - Macroregions", and are ment to be adopted on the RiverATLAS database. The "readme.txt" contains further information on the content of each folder.
