Archived Delhi bus automatic vehicle location records for July, October, and November 2019. The October and November archives support the historical analysis in Partial Road Rationing as a Transition Policy: Bus-Speed Evidence, Microsimulation, and Retention Thresholds from Delhi; July is included as an ancillary non-policy month. Each ZIP contains daily SQLite databases with vehicle, route/trip, location, reported-speed, and timestamp fields. The word corrected refers only to timezone normalization: the date/time fields and daily partitioning use India Standard Time (UTC+05:30), while the source Unix epoch remains on a UTC basis. Source-feed staleness and day-boundary discrepancies remain in the records and should be audited by users.
