Expression data from prostate cancer LNCaP cells in response to Ev or ID1 plasmid overexpression

ID1 is a negative transcription regulator, its effects on gene expression in regular or gypoxic conditions are investigated We used gene expression array to determine the globe gene expression changes due to Ev or ID1-overexpression in 20% or 1% oxygen human prostate cancer cell lines with stable transfection of Ev or ID1 plasmids were cultured in regular 20% oxygen or hypoxic 1% oxygen conditions for 24 hours
