single-cell RNAseq on Klebsiella infected mouse lung

Lung cells have traditionally been considered homogeneous. Utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), we analyzed the diverse responses of lung cells to Klebsiella infection. Furthermore, we compared the differential gene expression between wild-type mice and STAT1-knockout mice. Overall design: Wild type and KO mice with and without infection were sacrificed 24h after bacterial inoculation and lung cells were harvested for scRNAseq analhysis.
