This dataset was captured using Axially Swept Light Sheet Microscopy (ASLM). Additional imaging details can be found in the readme.txt file.
Sample: Mouse heart (C57, 8 weeks old)
Signal: Autofluorescence
Excitation: 532 nm
Due to the large dataset size, binning at a scale of 4 was applied to “1_Mouse Heart_ASLM_6.3x_1um” to reduce the overall data volume. Raw data can be provided upon request.
