The goal of this study is to investigate the changes between ibrutinib-resistant CLL cells and parental cells. Multi-omics were used to explore the changes of MEC-1R cells from DNA, RNA and protein levels. Hi-C, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq and TMT were performed in this project.
