Type of data: whole exome sequencing, multiplex immunofluorescence Subject of data: samples from lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients with BM and their paired primary tumours Sample size: 40 samples from 12 LUAD patients Recruitment: Patients with histologically or pathologically diagnosed lung cancer and radiologically (CT and/or MRI) or pathologically confirmed brain metastasis were recruited. Primary lung cancers, matched brain metastasis and peripheral blood were collected.
