资源简介:
From NURE Sediment Chemistry FAQ:
These maps are derived from a subset of the National Uranium Resource
Evaluation (NURE) Hydrogeochemical and Stream Sediment Reconnaissance (HSSR)
data. Approximately 260,000 samples were analyzed in the continental U.S. and
consisted of solid samples, including stream, lake, pond, spring, and playa
sediments, and soils. Data for eleven elements: Na, Ti, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Ce, Hf,
Pb, Th, and U were analyzed and included on the National Geochemical Atlas CD
and the digital release NURE Sediment Chemistry. These publications are intended to allow
the rapid visualization of the geochemical landscape of the conterminous U.S.
using NURE HSSR data.
The raw data used in the production of these publications are available on the
following CD-ROM: Hoffman, J.D., Kim P. Buttleman, Russell A. Ambroziak, and
Christine A. Cook, 1996, National Uranium Resource Evaluation (NURE)
Hydrogeochemical and Stream Sediment Reconnaissance (HSSR) data. available
