Dataset for Service Quality (SERVQUAl) of 4G Services in Dhaka City

The data was collected jointly by Samsul Alam, Sr. Lecturer (MIS) , Department of Business Administration, Daffodil International University and Mohammad Tariqul Islam, Assistant Professor of Department of Management Information Systems, University of Dhaka from the respondents studying at the University of Dhaka and Daffodil International University who were serving in different organizations whereas most were students and unemployed. In this data collection, S. M. Ashraful Alam, Ex-Lecturer, Daffodil International University. assisted a lot.
