A dataset of Chiridota heheva

A sample of C. heheva was collected from the Kairei vent in the Mid-Indian Ocean, with a depth of 2428 m. The HiFi data was generated on the PacBio Sequel II platform, while the Hi-C data and total RNA were generated on the Illumina NovaSeq-6000 sequencing platform. The chromosome-level genome assembly of C. heheva was performed using both HiFi reads and Hi-C reads. The total size of the final assembly was 1.43 Gb with N50 of 53.24 Mb, consisting 19 chromosome-level scaffolds.
