资源简介:
Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a fungal pathogen that causes leaf spot on tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] Kuntze), result in decline in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by L. theobromae was firstly found in Huishui County, Guizhou Province, China. As phenol monoterpene derivatives of cymene, carvacrol and thymol possesses a wide range of antifungal activities. In previous study, we found carvacrol and thymol can effectively inhibit the mycelial growth of L. theobromae. Nevertheless, the action model of carvacrol and thymol on L. theobromae remains unclear. RNA-seq data of L. theobromae treated with carvacrol or thymol would provide us with a comprehensive understanding of the action model of carvacrol and thymol against L. theobromae.
