The flow cytometry data included in this dataset is associated with the manuscript “cytoGPNet: Enhancing Clinical Outcome Prediction Accuracy Using Longitudinal Cytometry Data in Small Cohort Studies. These data are generated from the PBMCs of patiens with stage 1B-3A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) received 2 cycles pembrolizumab, surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy, and 4 cycles of pembrolizumab on phase II study (NCT02818920).
