According to a survey conducted in the U.S., a majority 66 percent of respondents indicated that they would not be willing to purchase a refurbished smartphone, with 24 percent of them expressing that they tend to only purchase new devices. Of those involved in the study, only 14 percent indicated that they would purchase a refurbished phone it the quality of the device were good.
