Correlations between the HGF model parameters

Estimated HGF model posteriors for 124 participants.x.DrugID gives the row-wise drug identifier for each participant where:1 = Placebo2 = DA-3 = ACh-4 = NA-x.MeanPosteriorCorrelations and x.BPACorrelations contain correlation matrices for the HGF parameters, where row/column:1 = mu3_02 = sa3_03 = omega4 = theta5 = beta06 = beta17 = beta28 = beta39 = beta410 = zetaNote that Bayesian Parameter Averages (BPAs) are calculated using the function tapas_bayesian_parameter_average in the HGF toolbox (http://www.translationalneuromodeling.org/tapas/).
