资源简介:
The aim of this study was to isolate biosurfactant-producing bacteria from the gut microbiota of Hypostomus plecostomus (Suckermouth Catfish) collected from the heavily polluted Buriganga River, Bangladesh. We identified a potential strain that shows vigorous biosurfactant activity, and whole-genome sequencing was performed, which also identified genes involved in rhamnolipid biosynthesis, hydrocarbon biodegradation, and heavy-metal tolerance.
