This repository contains the R scripts and datasets used in the study "Delayed leaf green-up date is associated with PM₂.₅ pollution in China." The provided R code includes phenological model simulations and statistical analyses assessing the impact of PM₂.₅ on green-up dates (GUD). The data includes daily temperature inputs for the models and the corresponding simulated phenological outputs. These resources support the investigation of how PM₂.₅ pollution influences plant phenology by modifying chilling accumulation and heat requirements.
In the model-simulated GUD outputs, "ori" represents the original model simulation results, "F" indicates the model with adjustments only to the forcing process, "C" represents the model with adjustments only to the chilling process, and "FC" denotes the model with adjustments to both forcing and chilling processes.
