本数据集为2018年1月以来经网络获取和数据再分析技术获得的中国网络用户逐月活动异常指数的栅格数据，共12期，以0.01度网格为地理单元。通过时序异常监测方法，统计每个网格的异常检测次数，反映网络用户活动在网格位置上的异常程度。数据格式为TIFF格式。

This dataset is a multi-band raster dataset containing monthly activity anomaly indices of Chinese internet users, which was obtained through web scraping and data reanalysis technologies since January 2018. It consists of 12 temporal bands, with 0.01-degree grid cells serving as the geographic units. Anomaly detection counts for each grid cell are calculated using temporal anomaly monitoring methods, which quantify the anomalous level of internet user activity at each respective grid location. All data is stored in TIFF file format.
