Replication Data for: Zebra risk perception in a landscape of fear

This submission contains three datasets on zebra behavior and associated R code that was used to analyze the data. One dataset (FID_data_final.csv) contains flight initiation distances of zebras and associated explanatory variables. The other two datasets contain behavior scan data of zebras that were subject to different playbacks (Playback_data_final.csv) or that were not exposed to playbacks (Behavior_data_final.csv). Data were collected in Manyara Ranch. northern Tanzania.
