Aralia elata is an important medicinal plant of Aralia family. However, Aralia elata still lacks complete genomic information, which seriously restricted the progress of related research. Therefore, the second generation sequencing technology was used to investigate the genomic information of Aralia elata, finally obtaining a more complete genomic information of Aralia elata, which laid a foundation for molecular and breeding research of Aralia elata.
