Restrictions on inland waterway transport

Maritime influences are localizable areas on waters where shipping is legally or informatively influenced. An influence on shipping can be materialised with the help of shipping signs, but this is not mandatory. Navigation signs are panels with visual signs, differently pronounced floats, lights, radar reflectors and cardinal signs that signal an influence in the water. Several shipping signs together can signal an influence on shipping. Conversely, it should be noted that not all shipping influences need to be signalled, such as shore zones or general driving bans throughout the water.
