ChIP-seq analysis of SNAIL transcription factor binding sites in RH30 rhabdomyosarcoma cells

ChIP-seq analysis of SNAIL binding sites in RH30 cells was performed to discover novel SNAIL binding sites in rhabdmyosarcoma cells. Overall design: ChIP was performed using SimpleChip Enzymatic Chromatin IP Kit (Cell Signaling Technology) according to the manufacturer's protocol. For ChIP assays 10 µg of goat antibody against SNAIL (R&D Systems, cat. AB-108-C), . After immunoprecipitation, the DNA was isolated using spin columns from the kit. Subsequently, ChIP-Seq analysis of the immunoprecipitated sample and input sample was performed using the Intelliseq sp. z o. o. (Cracow, Poland) company service in cooperation with Novogene Co., Lt d (Cambridge, UK) using Illumina high-throughput sequencer.
