Aligned files of A new species of <i>Lactarius</i> and a new record of <i>Lactifluus roseophyllys</i> from Meghalaya, India

This dataset contains aligned combined (nrITS+nrLSU) sequence data of two wild mushrooms (Lactarius hooket and Lactifluus roseophyllus) from the state of Meghalaya, India. The study aimed to identify and classify a wild mushroom using integrative morphotaxonomy and multigene molecular phylogeny.
