Metagenomic Sequencing Data of BALF Samples in children with MUMPP

This dataset consists of 93 metagenomic sequencing FASTQ files from children with macrolide-unresponsive Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MUMPP). The patients were classified into subgroups based on bronchoscopic observations, including mucosal erosion (MucES), mucosal high secretion (MucHS), and stratified by disease severity into severe and mild cases. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were subjected to metagenomic sequencing, and the raw sequencing data were processed using KneadData to remove host genome sequences, resulting in host-depleted data.
