Hi-C seq and RNA-seq in species, genus Tokudaia

Three species of genus Tokudaia that are native in Japan have unique sex chromosomes. Two species loss the Y chromosome and male and female have a single X chromosome (XO/XO), By contrast the remaining one species has acquired neo X and y chromosome region caused by autosome fusion with sex chromosomes. In this project, TAD analysis is performed to reveal the state of X chromosome inactivation (XCI) by creating contact map of X inactivation center which mainly function on XCI on the X chromosome in all species.
