Lahontan Cutthroat Trout Rangewide Hybridization and Diversity

This study used RAD-sequencing data from across the range of the Lahontan Cutthroat Trout (Oncorhynchus henshawi) to assess hybridization and population genetics, to develop markers for a hybridization panel, and to develop markers for a population genetics/diversity panel.
