We report the global occupancy by ChIP-seq of the histone marks (H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K427ac) in MCFDCIS and MCFDCIS-D4 cells. DNA sequencing libraries were prepared using the Kapa Hyper DNA library prep (Roche). ChIP-Seq data were aligned to hg19 using Rsubread and the differential genomic binding was established using csaw Examination of ChIP-seq of histone marks status in MCFDCIS vs MCFDCIS-D4 cell lines in triplicate, normalized to cell lysate input. AIB1-Delta4 is a naturally occurring AIB1 isoform missing exon 4. The resulting protein lacks the first 223 amino acids from the N-terminus, yet the rest of the sequence is in frame similar to the full length protein.
