Middle ear expression of genes related to LTB4 during murine otitis media

Two datasets are provided for murine genes related to the generation of leukotriene B4. The first dataset consists of gene array expression values from a complete episode of acute otitis media induced in mice by inoculation with nontyoeable Haemophilus influenzae, as compared to pre-infection expression values. The second dataset consists of single-cell RNA-Seq expression values for pre-infection middle ear, and for the middle ear 24 hours after infection with nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae. Values presented represent average of log2 UMI counts per cell, for various middle ear cell types.
