This project contains 15 samples of RNA-seq data for clonal cell lines (T cell response-resistant or T cell response-sensitive, and the original cell line; N=3 respectively) established from the original cell line KPC7598 via limited dilution assay. The original cell line was generated from a KPC PDAC tumor (B6.129S2-Trp53(tm1Tyj/J), LSL-Kras(G12D/+27), and p48(Cre/+) mice). Sensitivity towards T cell response was determined using a 3D co-culture high-throughput screening platform on hydrogel chips.
