Elysia crispata (lettuce slug) mollusc metagenome assembly, xgElyCris1.metagenome

This project provides the mollusc metagenome assembly of Elysia crispata, common name lettuce slug. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Elysia crispata and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
