COVID-19 Pandemic Impact on Ukrainian Students’ Perception of the EU: A Wartime Retrospective

The dataset comprises student essays collected under the open Pan-Ukrainian student essay contest held by Ukrainian Association of Professors and Researchers of European Integration (APREI) in April 2020. The essays were used as an empirical data for a research project in mapping out Ukrainian youth's attitudes towards the EU as influenced by COVID pandemics. The file names show the contestant's field of study, gender and Ukraine's region they come from. The data can be used to trace any possible correlation between the students' attitude to the EU and their gender, region of origin and field of study.
