Tej microbiome (Fungal FASTQ)

The fungal communities of Ethiopian honey wine, Tej, samples collected from three areas of Ethiopia were analyzed using amplicon sequencing. This amplicon sequencing provides a useful information for modernizing this spontaneous fermented traditional beverage.
