Data and code for the Malaria–Respiratory Case-Management Collision Index (MRCCI) analysis

This repository contains the cleaned country-level dataset, derived outputs, figures, and analysis code used for the Malaria–Respiratory Case-Management Collision Index (MRCCI) study. The MRCCI is a country-level priority-setting index developed to identify malaria-endemic countries where malaria burden, childhood respiratory burden and care-seeking gaps, environmental respiratory exposure, and health-system capacity constraints overlap. The primary analysis uses publicly available aggregate data from World Health Organization Global Health Observatory-linked datasets and WHO Global Health Estimates 2021 country files. The repository includes the final MRCCI priority dataset, indicator completeness and staleness summaries, rank-stability outputs, sensitivity analysis outputs, country typology outputs, and figure-ready files. No individual-level participant data are included.
