SWIR光谱仪光谱定标数据集(2021年)

This spectral calibration dataset for SWIR spectrometers contains calibration data covering 1601 scanned wavelengths, with a wavelength scanning range of 950 nm to 2550 nm and a scanning interval of 1 nm. Each data file records approximately 200 frames of image data. Core technical indicators such as the spectral resolution, central wavelength and spectral range of the SWIR spectrometer can be calculated and determined using this spectral calibration data.
