Reproducible R code and dataset for: Pollen limitation and dependence on cross-pollination in borage (Borago officinalis L.) in the Pampas region of Argentina

This repository contains the dataset and R scripts used to analyse the effects of different pollination treatments on fruit set and nutlet production in Borago officinalis in the Pampas region of Argentina. The scripts reproduce all statistical analyses, tables, and figures reported in the associated manuscript. IMPORTANT: Users should ensure that the data file (“ensayo.txt”) is placed in the working directory defined at the start of the script.
